Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client team as a Warehouse Admin. As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility.
Shifts – Mon – Fri 10am-6pm
Pay Rate - £11.50
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Assisting in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
