About the role:




As a Customer Service Assistant at Northern, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and information. You'll ensure that promotional notices and publications are up to date and made available for our customers. You'll also assist with replacement bus co-ordination as and when required, as well as ensuring that the station is clean and tidy.
