The post holder will be part of the Quality, Governance and Lived Experience team and be responsible in preparing reports in a variety of different formats for different stakeholders.

The post holder will also develop and maintain accurate records relating to health and wellbeing of the people Dimensions support.

They will support implementation strategies and analyse reports, including taking responsibility and recommending actions, processes and improvements within defined areas of health and wellbeing for the people we support.

Interviews will take place on the 12th June via Microsoft teams.

About the role

Your main duties will include:

- Maintain accurate central records of health and wellbeing data across the Group to ensure accuracy, efficiency and help improve processes and consistency.

- Produce quarterly reports on Medicine errors and reporting on people prescribed psychotropic medication.

- Maintain accurate central records of people that have died to ensure the success of the internal Annual Death Report launch; including agreeing final version, ongoing data collection from various internal reporting systems in partnership with Operations Colleagues. Also, produce and analyse results to share with areas/depts.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret Health and Wellbeing data from various internal sources to develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports in line with needs.

About you

- Experience in developing metrics and reports with data analysis ability

- Have a good understanding of data analysis and interpretation/presentation

- Confident in the use of pivot tables and vlookups

- Understanding of data analysis and interpretation/presentation
