Job Description:
We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our tuition club. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service to students and parents.

Responsibilities:

Manage student enrollment process, including registration and payment processing
Coordinate schedules for tutors and students, ensuring smooth operation of tutoring sessions
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback
Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and tutors in a timely and professional manner
Assist with marketing efforts, including promoting our services and recruiting new students
Collaborate with tutors to address student needs and ensure a positive learning experience
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required
