Duties:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Developing constructive working relationships with internal/external departments.
Monitor and review Duty/VAT exposure and ensure payments are in prior to releasing goods.
Complete internal audits and develop Customs Consultancy product.
Develop and implement effective operational systems and processes relevant to customs activities of the company.
Respond to customer and operational enquiries.
Visiting Customers to discuss their customs activities and maintain awareness of the Company’s products.
Upskill and support staff at other offices involved in customs activities as required.
Skills/Requirements
Import Freight Forwarding experience is a must.
Strong in Customs Brokerage
Entries/Clearances
Freight documentation processes.
Commercial awareness
Prioritize, meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Process oriented and focus on output.
Able to promote the Company's services wherever possible.
