Futures West will focus on tackling our region’s long-term challenges to raise productivity, growth and innovation.

We are in the process of establishing this new body, appointing a new independent Advisory Board and Chair featuring heavyweight figures with national reach and experience, and building an initial group of founding partners, with outstanding expertise in manufacturing, services, technology and innovation.

The role of Foundation Director is an excellent opportunity to drive forward the establishment and development of a new impactful and high-profile body which will provide a robust research base, narrative and advocacy for the future economy of our region. It is one of the most exciting policy / leadership roles outside of London, so we are keen to get people of proven calibre and energy to apply.
