We are seeking an all-rounder with a passion for providing quality support in a dynamic environment to assume our role of IT Support Technician.

You will help us provide end user support, maintain our infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.

You will be responsible for desktop and networking support, laptop and phone deployments, server maintenance, and occasional project management tasks, playing a crucial role in ensuring our technology systems are running efficiently and effectively to support our business operations.

In order to be successful in this IT Support Technician role you should have:

- Computer related degree or equivalent qualifications/experience.

- At least 2 years of experience in IT Support.

- Excellent personal & communication skills

- Microsoft certifications, or working towards, is advantageous.

- Proficiency with Windows 10 (Windows 11 preferred) and Windows Server 2012+ and its various roles (DNS/DHCP/Radius).

- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.

- Experience with Entra, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Unifi WiFi and PDQ Deploy (desirable).

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of web/app (Swift) development is a distinct advantage, though not required.
