Their state-of-the-art factory in the Northwest serves a diverse range of customers, and they're excited to invite a skilled CMM Inspector to join their Inspection Department.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Ideally, 3 to 5 years in CMM programming and inspection within a CNC machining environment
• Proficient in both CMM programming and manual inspection techniques
• Exceptional ability to spot discrepancies and ensure quality standards
What will your role look like?
• Conduct First Off and Batch Inspection: Ensure components meet quality standards from the first piece to the full production run
• Produce CMM Programs: Develop programs for in-process and final inspections
• Perform Final Inspections: Verify the quality and accuracy of finished products
• Compile Inspection Data: Generate FAIR, PPAP, and batch inspection dimensional measurement reports
• Support Quality Assurance: Assist engineers and operators with resolving quality issues
• Manage Non-Conforming Parts: Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming parts
