A day in the life of…
As a Conference & Events/Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for operating and executing all Meetings & Events business within the hotel and working within the restaurant when there are no events taking place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of events and conferences, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and room set-up
- Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and that all requirements are communicated to the relevant departments
- Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are set up and functioning correctly before each event
- Responding promptly and professionally to client queries and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of event details
- Serving our hotel guests within the restaurant and bar areas.
Based in the Mercure Livingston Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
