Summary
Plant Service Engineer / PDI Technician required Leading National Company based in Uttoxeter
- Up to £16 per hour!
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday ONLY
- Overtime Available + Fantastic Benefits Including 22 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
Our Client, a well-established family run Plant Business, are looking to expand their team and add an additional PDI Engineer in the Uttoxeter area
Our Client is offering the successful Plant PDI Engineer:
- A competitive salary depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Excellent manufacturer training
- Overtime available
- A supportive Management Structure

Duties of a Plant PDI Engineer with our Client:
- Ensure all PDI work is completed to the required standard and within the specified time frame for Construction Plant Equipment
- Fit attachments/kits to machines as needed
- Perform minor warranty and retail repairs on machines
- Transfer machines from the depot to the compound
- Manage machine stock inventory and update group spreadsheets to facilitate transport planning
- Prepare machines for collection by Transport Companies
- Maintain a clean and presentable depot environment
- Assist the Generator Team at Marchington as necessary
What our Clients expect of their Plant PDI Engineer:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant
- Ample Fitting Experience
- Ability to service small tools and plant machinery
- Investigate & diagnose technical problems
- Forklift licence
