The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and increase brand awareness. The successful candidate must have experience of Marketing within a healthcare background.Responsibilities
- Marketing brand strategy, identity and consistency - B2B
- Integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, website, white papers / thought leadership pieces, blog, video, print, awards and events/conferences.
- Create and distribute engaging and relevant content that showcases the multiple service delivery story, benefits.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, Research and analyse the market trends, client & customer needs, competitors, and industry best practices
- Measure and report on the performance and impact of marketing activities
- Works with SME’s ensuring all sales collateral for each service line is up to date.
- Bachelor\\'s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or senior living sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive organizational engagement.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience working with external marketing agencies and managing creative projects.
- Digital marketing experience is desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence required due to travel commitments.
