Your new company
Your new company is an international Syndicate specialising in Insurance risks on a Global basis. Based in the heart of the city of London your new company is now looking for a North American Casualty Claims Adjuster to join their organisation.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the claims handling of the North American Casualty Claims portfolio. You will need to regularly adjust Claims, attend market meetings, and you will be responsible for instructing and managing lawyers and experts to assist with complex issues as and when they arise.
You will also need to act as the relationship manager and key point of Claims contacts within the North American Casualty team, you will need to oversee the outsourced review and processing of monthly Financial bordereaux and escalate large or more complex claims up through the Claims department as required to do so.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need demonstrable experience within the London market of handling high value and complex Casualty Claims from cradle to grave and previous experience in Adjusting UK PI Claims is a bonus.
You will need to be highly organised, with strong IT skills and highly analytical, whilst having a willingness to work in a very responsive, efficient, and collaborative manner.
Personality fit is a really crucial element to any candidate coming into the role. You will need to be a great team player, willing to support your team and also keen to learn and develop your insurance career further.
