Summary


The department is looking for a Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics to join our busy anaesthetic department. The successful candidate will have full GMC registration, UK experience, a minimum of 2 years at SAS grade in anaesthesia and experience in Ophthalmic anaesthesia as well as general anaesthetic competencies.

We particularly welcome applications from motivated individuals keen to invest in the development of our services and who will contribute to a positive departmental culture.

The anaesthetic department are known for working cohesively and supporting one another not only in the clinical setting but physically and emotionally too.

The job will be daytime sessional work in theatres with no on-call commitment and the option of weekend trauma on a 1:8 basis.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
