Position: Living Care Manager
Location: Head Office near Dartford
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
Hours: Monday - Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced professional to contribute to the well-being of our clients and the efficiency of their care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments of clients' care needs to ensure they receive appropriate and personalised care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality care services, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Oversee the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to foster a supportive and knowledgeable care team.
To manage the live in carers
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within the care industry.
Strong understanding of care assessment and planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
