Summary

Support Worker
Required to work with a delightful lady with cerebral palsy and a learning disability in her own home in the Crantock, Cornwall area. Role will involve personal & domestic care, moving and handling including hoisting, carrying out therapy programmes, accessing therapeutic activities and social & leisure outings.

Applicants are advised that there are dogs in the house.

Previous experience and full driving licence are essential.

An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in care and
competent IT skills are desirable.

12 hours per week initially in four hour shifts to cover variable times within the day on a flexible basis to cover a 24/7 rota.
£14 per hour

This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS.
You will also be required to register with the DBS Update Service.
