Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tutoring sessions designed to meet the specific needs of SEN students aged 11-18.
- Adapt and customize lesson plans to address learning difficulties and leverage students' strengths.
- Foster emotional well-being and boost students' confidence.
- Build strong, positive relationships to create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven experience working with SEN students.
- Expertise in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a true passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
