This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class, world-changing university and join our University of Glasgow Undergraduate Level Apprenticeship Programme. You will be working within the friendly and experienced Business Systems development team, based in the University of Glasgow’s central IT Services department which is responsible for providing key software solutions to the 10000+ staff and 40000+ students across the University.

You will be studying a 4 year degree programme towards a BSc (Hons) Software Engineering (Graduate Apprenticeship) at the University of Glasgow whilst gaining vital industry experience working as part of a team to develop and support innovative software solutions.

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who displays initiative and has an enthusiasm for technology. You will have analytical and problem-solving skills along with an ability to manage your time between work and study. Some knowledge of programming languages is desirable but not essential.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is fixed term for up to 4 years in the first instance.
