Acorn Builders Ltd works closely with insurance companies, TPA’s, and Brokers to restore homes and premises to their pre-loss condition, ensuring policyholders receive flawless reinstatement repairs.
Job Role:
• Responsible for a caseload of claims, running the journey for the policy holder
and be their point of contact.
• Steer the customer journey from booking to completion.
• Maintain accurate records on internal & external databases and ensure claim
progress is recorded.
• Advise Surveyors and 3rd parties on progress of claims.
• Make & receive calls from internal & external parties.
• Provide excellent customer service.
Skills:
• Excellent customer service, verbal & written skills
• Previous Insurance industry experience – (desirable)
• Skilled at managing personal workload, prioritising tasks, and staying self-
motivated.
• Understand the importance of ensuring all stakeholders and parties are kept
fully updated at all times.
• Pro-active claims handling philosophy
• Adept at problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Previous experience desirable.
