What will the apprentice be doing?
- Taking enquiries over the phone and email.
- Identifying customers needs and offering solutions to their problems.
- Producing quotations to a timely manner.
- Chasing quotations to receive feedback.
- Taking orders.
- Various Administration tasks.
- Purchasing goods from suppliers for non-stock items.
- Helping the team reach their sales targets.
- Working alongside other departments.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Customer service practitioner qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
- End point assessment
- All training to be taken on the company site with no day release.
- What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- A permanent contract of employment and elevation in pay awaits the right candidate upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
