Summary of the role

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate to provide the administrative functions that support our People Development services. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a small team but can also work autonomously and manage their own workload. We are a customer facing service and therefore are looking for someone with great communication skills both written and oral.

Due to the nature of the role we are keen to recruit someone who has previous diary management experience and is confident at multi-tasking in a busy environment while juggling conflicting priorities.

You will have excellent IT skills, experience of using databases and Microsoft Office software in your day-to-day work. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in marketing and social media to include the updating and developing of our internal webpages to support the People Development portfolio. A calm and patient outlook is essential as is your interest in developing yourself and others.

Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this role.
