Roles and responsibilities of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) in Bedford

• Lead and deliver engaging lessons.
• Support classroom behaviour management and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement learning activities using resources.
• Observe and monitor student progress providing feedback to staff members.
• Adapt and provide additional support for students with special educational needs.

Qualifications and Experience of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) in Bedford

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience working in a school environment.
• Strong and confident understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Committed to delivering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
