Summary

Exciting opportunity for a highly competent and professional PA and administrator to join our busy and successful Prep School for September 2024. Working as a PA to our Headmaster and providing administrative support to the Head of Admissions & Marketing this is a new role which offers variety and challenges and which would suit someone who is highly organised and who understands the need for absolute discretion and professionalism at all times.

Pinewood School is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside on the border between Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and offers a quality, family-based, co-educational day and boarding environment for over 400 children aged 3-13.

This is a part-time position during term-time working from 8am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of this role hours are required to be worked on site at the School. Full details regarding the hours and salary for this role can be found on the detailed job description.
