Proven minute taking skills and experience are essential for this role.

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives.
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents for meetings.
Handle written correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports.
Assist with call handling, filtering inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
Maintain confidential files and records related to executive matters.
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five grade A-C GCSE’s/equivalent level qualifications NVQ level 2 or possess relevant experience.



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, understanding their priorities, and proactively managing their schedules.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking during meetings.
Proficient typing skills with accuracy.
Ability to actively listen, understand instructions, and follow through on tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Must be IT literate and have good keyboard skills in order to operate relevant computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to provide an efficient service.
