Summary
Working hours: 10 hours per week – daytime hours must be worked. We are ideally looking for Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but we can be flexible.

Springfield House accommodates 16 homeless vulnerable families aged 16-24 years old in self-contained flats, offering support to find accommodation and assistance to engage in support services locally.
Key Responsibilities: An opportunity has come up for the role of Cleaner at Springfield House. We are looking for a reliable and motivated person who respects that they are working in our clients’ home.
This integral role will provide support to the running of the service, and ensure that the communal areas within the building are cleaned and tidied to a high standard. These areas include: the lounge, laundry room, corridors, kitchens and bathrooms. Cleaning products will be supplied.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous cleaning/ domestic experience
An ability to work with minimal supervision and manage their own workload
An awareness of COSHH and relevant health & safety requirements and procedures
Patience and understanding for the client group
Good communication skills.
