Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive on a Permanent Basis. Based out of our Head Office in Basingstoke, you'll combine office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance.

Working to help deliver Shared Ownership and Full Ownership sales, you'll be able to get involved in all aspects of digital marketing.

The Role

Supporting the Marketing and Brand Manager and the wider marketing team, you'll be planning and executing digital campaigns that generate high quality leads by leading on our PPC and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram & X), building out SEO strategies and improving user journeys, customer targeting.

The ability to conduct competitor analysis and regularly report into the sales team is key, building dashboards and demonstrating what's working, what's not and making informed recommendations for continuous improvement to drive ROI.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage digital strategies (including but not limited to PPC, Google Ads, Display Ads, paid social) to improve our organic SEO, digital customer experiences and commercial success
Take the lead on developing new digital projects to support commercial and brand growth
Understand and utilise customer segments and personas to deliver best-in-class customer journeys
Manage, grow and maintain the database to ensure best-in-class database marketing and data compliance
Execute communication and commercial strategies across multiple channels
Develop and implement email journeys to support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Brief and manage external agencies to ensure digital activity meets objectives, timelines, and budgets
Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies

What we're looking for:

Practical digital marketing experience supported by a relevant qualification
Experience working on multi-channel digital campaigns
Hands-on experience using paid-search and paid-social platforms
The ability to confidently implement long term SEO & social media strategies (paid & organic)
Experience in managing the delivery of website improvement projects
A solid knowledge of how to optimise website content and improve SERPs
Google Accreditation desirable
Knowledge of best practice UX/UI is advantageous
