We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, versatile person with good communication and organisation skills, to join our committed staff team. You should have experience of carrying out routine general maintenance with a commitment to a high standard of working and also a good understanding of security issues. This post will offer applicants a variety of challenges with the main duty being to ensure that the school buildings and grounds are well maintained, secure and safe.

You should hold a First Aid Qualification or be willing to work toward this.

You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.

This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children.
