You will be responsible for delivering our high standard of customer service, and ensuring customers enjoy every experience with us at Mocka Lounge.
Duties:
* Greeting and welcoming all guests into the venue.
* Providing a high standard of customer service.
* Providing table service, anticipating guests needs and recommending the best drinks!
* Learning the menu, including cocktail recipes.
*Taking care of a section, keeping it clean and tidy and ensuring all guests are served.
* Running drinks from the bar to tables.
*Bill preparation and cash handling.
*Working as part of a team.
