Summary
Liberty has an exciting opportunity as we are looking to recruit a Retrofit Consultant, based in Cambridge. This role does offer progression with in the business. You will be working in NetZero Collective, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary offering Plus Company Car or 10% Car Allowance Plus Excellent Benefits!

NetZero Collective was formed in September 2020, the partnership was setup to lead the way to decarbonising UK.
As NetZero Collective can be based anywhere within the UK, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to jobs across the country to coordinate retrofit works. You can expect to be responsible for organising your time so that visits to more remote locations are clustered together.
You will also be responsible for auditing the PAS2035 Assessments produced by contracted Retrofit Assessors and to carry out quality checks on assessments where NetZero Collective is the contracting party

Responsibilities of the Retrofit Consultant will include but not limited to:
Work closely with our clients to help them better understand their path to decarbonisation
Develop relationships with new and existing clients and provide technical advice and guidance to clients.
Work on a variety of projects in terms of complexity and volume
Manage external Retrofit Assessors and potentially Coordinators to deliver PAS2035 services to NetZero Collective clients across the UK
Act as a key representative of NetZero Collective, in a leadership role, at external events and or meetings as required
Work with a range of systems and processes, including relevant systems and or databases
Adhere fully to NZC Quality Management Systems
Support, assist and deputise for other members of NetZero Collective
Carry out PAS2035 quality checks on assessments
Oversee the management and design of all retrofit measures
Auditing PAS2035 assessments
Work with an estimate of 400 properties per year
Represent NetZero Collective at external events, including exhibitions and conferences
What are we looking for in our ideal Retrofit Consultant:
Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management. Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator. Domestic Energy Assessor/ Retrofit Assessor (Desirable). Strong background in domestic building retrofit. Construction management or M&E management experience. Deep understanding of the principles of Building Physics as relating to fabric of exiting building and potential consequences of retrofit energy efficiency measures. Full driving license and understanding of Health & Safety and working to best practice.
