Summary
Our main focus is the treatment and care of NHS patients with a wide range of eye problems, from common complaints to rare conditions that require treatment not available elsewhere in the UK. The volume and variety of conditions treated by our clinicians means that they have a unique range of skills and knowledge. This post is based primarily at Northwick Park Hospital and may be required to work across two sites which include Ealing and Potters Bar. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a streamlined, efficient and effective service for patients attending the Moorfields Outpatients and Day Care facilities at Northwick Park Hospital. The delivery of a high standard of patient care is our goal. They would be a good team player with the right attitude for promoting good quality service delivery and patient's satisfaction. Support the Clinic Manager in working collaboratively with Infection Control, Risk Management and corporate nursing to ensure actions from audits and incidents are acted upon and resolved in a timely manner. Participate in the management of your respected teams in the absence of a Senior Practitioner. They will contribute positively to the team dynamics and be physically able to meet the demands of the post, working autonomously to co-ordinate and deliver comprehensive care to patients.
