Summary
The post is responsible for supporting the delivery of the councils statutory responsibilities for health protection through the development, implementation and assurance of local health protection programmes covering infection prevention and control, vaccination and immunisation and health related emergency planning. Developing assurance processes, undertaking analysis and developing plans and strategies for health gain are also part of the role.
