Summary

Learning Support Assistants x 2, to include Breakfast Club Assistant 7.40am-8.40am/After School Clun Assistant 3.15pm to 6pmStarting September 2024Term time only
Monday – Friday 7.30am–1.30pm 25 hours/week 39 weeks per annum orMonday – Friday 12.30pm–6.00pm 27.5 hours/week 39 weeks per annum. The salary will be dependent on experience and will be within the range of XCET 3 pay currently £21,269 - £21,776 Full Time Equivalent.An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 strong candidates to support teaching and learning at St Edmund’s Catholic Primary School in Godalming. The position would suit someone either looking to move on to a career in teaching, or committed to the role of Learning Support Assistant. We are looking for applicants who: • have a determination to make a difference in the children’s progress and development • are self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to getting the best outcomes for our children • have the ability to work as part of the team as well as through their initiative • have good English and Maths skills/knowledge (GCSE Equivalent) • have high expectations of themselves and the children they work with, including promoting independence where possible. • will preferably have experience supporting children within the classroom with accessing learning.
