JOB OVERVIEW 30 Hours per week (Mon-Fri), Term Time Only. Actual Salary: £12,993-£13,401An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate
to support teaching and learning at Oulton Primary School in Leeds. This role
is varied and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful
individual able to join our team. Initially, the successful candidate is likely to be placed in Early Years, so experience in this phase would be beneficial.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Working effectively with class teachers to deliver
excellent teaching and learningDelivery of set programs such as phonics/maths intervention/small group sessionsBe able to work as part of a team and work with others to undertake different roles during the day- supporting whole class teaching, supporting groups or working 1-1 with children .Coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis Accompanying groups on tripsSupporting assessment and evidencing learning Working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom
displays and learning resources Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all
learners Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their
potential, irrespective of ability Is committed to high standards of attainment and
behaviour Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing
demands Will posses excellent literacy, numeracy and
