Summary

Job Title: Category & Supplier Relationship Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £46,986 (£49,432 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Hybrid
Location: Liverpool, Speke, Estuary Boulevard

The difference you will make as a Category & Supplier Relationship Manager

You will support and work with the Head of Category and business stakeholders to develop and implement fit for purpose category, subcategory strategies. Lead on procurement projects and provide support and expertise for business led procurement activities.

About you

We are looking for someone with

  • Procurement experience with responsibility for delivery of procurement benefits, including financial savings.
  • Working knowledge of category management, procurement legislation.
  • Experience of data analysis, benchmarking and identifying trends.
  • Extensive experience of delivery cost savings and efficiencies through procurement and supply chain activity.
  • Proven ability to identify cost saving opportunities through well-developed spend analysis and category management skills.
