We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our HR Department.
The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that we attract and hire the very best candidates.
The Role
-Managing our ATS, responsible for evaluating job adverts, offers and contracts.
-Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute a successful positive candidate attraction strategy.
-Being the first point of contact for Hiring Managers, monitoring the inbox to answer queries when needed.
-Managing our ATS, responsible for evaluating job adverts, offers and contracts.
-Following Home Office and Virgin Active policies in regards to Right to Work.
-Providing the latest recruitment insights on the candidate market.
-Delivering Recruitment training across Virgin Active, providing an engaging manner.
-Finding an effective recruitment process with a focus on decreasing time to hire.
Experience
-Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role.
-Experience in recruitment with large volumes.
-Knowledge of various ATS' (eArcu would be desirable).
