Summary

Temporary Recruitment Account Coordinator

Type of job: Long term temporary - any 5 days out of 7 which will include weekends, rotating shift patterns 06:30 - 15:30 and 10:00 - 19:00

Location: Peterborough, PE3

Hourly rate: £12 per hour whilst on training, rising to £12.50 per hour once completed

Looking to put your recruitment skills into practice on a short term basis? We are experiencing significant growth in demand and are looking for an onsite recruiter to help drive volume and place people into our temporary roles at Staffline.

The Opportunity

Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Recruitment Account Coordinator. In this role you will supply temporary workers to multiple clients for their incredibly successful food manufacturers from our Peterborough hub.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be customer focused, committed to providing the best possible service and a natural problem solver. Experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be great but is by no means essential. If you have transferable skills, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.

What you’ll do as Recruitment Account Coordinator

This role is all about pace, helping candidates find the best jobs, problem solving and maximising the candidate experience and working environment. This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:

• Fulfillment of staffing requirements to meet client deadlines
• Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of workers
• Be able to work under pressure on a busy site supplying 200 - 300 workers a day
• Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring the information is accurate
• Taking responsibility for administrative processes such as absences and change requests
• Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
• Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently

• You’ll need to quickly adapt to changing priorities and be a problem solver
• You’ll have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first
• You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential
• You’ll have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfil the needs of both your client and customers
• You’ll be a relationship builder, confident building and maintaining relationships with both clients and customers
• Be able to drive and travel between sites
• Most importantly though, you’ll be tenacious, driven and flexible with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
