Summary

We are looking for maintenance engineers with building service maintenance experience to join one of the biggest companies in the FM market! you will have the potential to progress into a lead position within 2 years

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 to £52,000

Main Duties

Completing daily, weekly, monthly & annual preventive and planned maintenance

Responding promptly to emergency issues on site

Inspecting and fault finding potential issues

Communicating with your supervisor / manager in regards to issues on site

Keeping accurate records of your activity via log books or PDA systems

Liaising with sub contractors on site

Maintaining electrical / mechanical systems and equipment

All accepted qualifications as follows;

City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in electrical installation (2330, 236, 2365 etc.)

NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation

City & Guilds Level 3 in inspection and testing (2391)

NVQ level 3 in mechanical engineering

Electrical Degree equivalent to an level 3 or above

Time served apprenticeship

Experience required:

Minimum 2 years within building service maintenance

Minimum of 2 references required as part of our recruitment process

Great working knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
