Summary

We are an Ofsted Outstanding, highly regarded, busy private Day Nursery with a full waiting list - owned and managed by Jayne White for 30 years. Open all year round from 8am – 6pm and we are an accredited Curiosity Approach setting, knowledge of this would be advantageous but not essential.

We are looking to recruit a qualified (preferably Level 3 or above), enthusiastic, motivated, articulate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to work alongside a small dedicated and experienced staff team in our Caterpillar Room (2-3 year olds)

You will need to have had recent experience within the Early Years and you must have a very strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), have an excellent standard of both written and spoken English and be willing to embrace our ethos.

The successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of the room including, developing nurturing relationships with families and children and assuming the key person role, observation and “In the Moment” planning for individual children, actively participating in providing interesting resources to inspire children, being part of a committed and enthusiastic staff team. Knowledge of Tapestry would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be given.

29.25 hours per week

Monday: 7.45am – 6pm
Tuesday: 7.45am – 6pm
Wednesday: off
Thursday: 7.45am – 6pm
Friday: off
