Summary
A full-time health care assistant role has become available on the 10 bedded coronary care unit within the tertiary centre. We are a platinum COAST award ward and a friendly team to work with. You will be working alongside highly skilled staff who will support you within this post.
We are a 10 bedded unit that is busy with services such as the PPCI service and clinically acute patients. You will be expected to work on a rotational basis alongside the trained staff.
Full training will be given with the opportunity to obtain further skills.
A period of supernumery on starting to help embed into the role.
Supporting the nursing staff.
Reporting to the ward manager.
Helping nurse cardiac patients with activities of daily living within your scope.
Maintaining high standards of care and safety.
Working within the COAST programme.
You will work with highly skilled staff. And a friendly team. We are a platinum COAST award winning team who have high standards of care.
Working alongside trained staff. Reporting to the ward manager. You will be responsible for safe patient care, stocking the unit safely. Encouraging quality improvement audits.
