Summary
To assist with the implementation of the Council’s statutory obligations in respect of listed buildings, conservation areas and other heritage assets.
To provide specialist advice to DM colleagues in respect of applications (including pre-apps) which may have an impact upon heritage assets. This will include managing and determining your own caseload of applications for listed building consent and associated appeals.
To carry out conservation related studies and prepare reports on matters related to the conservation of the Borough’s historic environment.
