Summary

Lead Generation Executive
Telford
Permanent

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus bonus
Mon - Thurs 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm

We are working with a well-established business in Telford to recruit for a Lead Generation Executive on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for searching for new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential and existing customers. You will enjoy working in a team environment, be self-motivated and results driven. The successful candidate will have previous experience in developing leads and meeting sales targets. Our client is looking for someone who will boost sales and in the long-term will contribute to their business growth.

Duties will include but won’t be limited to:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up and contact potential opportunities through cold calls, emails or LinkedIn.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective and existing clients.
• Present the company to prospective and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Report progress to the Commercial Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Stay up to date with new products/services and pricing.
• Carry out general Sales administration tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned within the organisation.

Skills and Experience
• 1+ years proven work experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, social media).
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts) as well as wider Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
