This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our food production client's payroll and supporting our on-site temps.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately manage and update manual payroll systems daily, ensuring all entries are precise and reconciled.Induction
  • Coordination: Conduct weekly five-hour induction sessions via video link for up to 25 new hires. Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and compliance processes are strictly followed.
  • On-site Support: Regularly visit the factory floor to assist temporary staff and collaborate with the care team.
  • Communication: Confidently handle phone calls, addressing issues such as absences and sickness with professionalism.
  • Employee Relations: Participate in investigations, disciplines, grievances, occupational health meetings, and welfare meetings, following thorough training.

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Excel is essential for accurate payroll processing.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure flawless payroll management and compliance.Strong
