Summary
We’re seeking an Artificial Intelligence Governance Lead to join us, a key role to develop and apply our AI governance framework, monitoring and updating our regulation framework and keeping up to date with the latest news in the AI field. You’ll support us in balancing the risks and opportunities, ensuring the right governance is in place to deliver AI use cases in a compliant way.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
Developing and implementing the AI framework for the use of data and AI technologies within the organisation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data and AI solutions align with ethical and legal standards
Supporting our data teams in conducting impact assessments on new data and AI initiatives
Implementing ethical guidelines and best practices for the use of data and AI technologies within the organization, balancing the risks and opportunities associated with their use
Acting as a liaison with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies and ethics committees to stay informed about emerging regulations and industry best practices
Providing guidance and training to employees on ethical considerations in data and AI usage, emphasizing the balance between risks and opportunities
Staying updated on emerging industry regulations and standards related to ethical use of AI, data privacy, security and act as an ambassador in the organisation
Liaising with key stakeholders including architecture, security and data privacy to maintain alignment and consistency
