About the Role:

As a Cook you will manage the preparation and the delivery of all meals within the Home, ensuring that any special dietary requirements are catered for.

Meals will be presented and prepared to an excellent standard and quality. You will create and maintain cooking and cleaning regimes for all areas of the kitchen in line with the Health and Safety and Company guidelines to ensure safe working practice within the home.

About You:

We are looking for Cooks to join our team and help us make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people.

Previous catering experience, preferably in a care home setting, would be preferred though is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent cooking skills with understanding of dietary requirements including intolerances and allergies as well as outstanding attention to detail.

We do require that you have a minimum of 24 months on your right to work upon your application for this vacancy.

We can offer you fully-funded training and career development opportunities for all regardless of experience in social care (training programmes up to and including Level 5).
