About the Role:

As a Kitchen Assistant you will assist with the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals, drinks and snacks for residents within the guidelines given by the Registered Care Home Manager and the Cook. You will be working to a high standard of cooking and cleaning regimes for all areas of the kitchen in line with Health and Safety and Company guidelines to ensure safe working practice within the Home.

About You:

For the Kitchen Assistant role, you don't have to have worked in care before, a previous role in a different catering environment is great for someone willing to learn. We'd like you to have some prior knowledge of food safety and COSHH. You will be a caring, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to show empathy to the needs of others.

We do require that you have a minimum of 24 months on your right to work upon your application for this vacancy.
