Summary
Unsupervised office furniture delivery and installation as well as working within a team including offloading and carrying of office furniture & equipment.
You will need to be fit and healthy as some heavy lifting is required. All operations are carried out within health and safety guide lines.
Working throughout Scotland and North England. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential however some “hands on” experience would be preferred.
A full current driving license is required for this post as is a basic tool kit including cordless screwdriver
A flexible approach to working hours Mon-Sun.
Minimum 40hrs per week.
A flexible approach to working hours is essential, some weekend & evening working will be inevitable and must be taken in to account when applying for this position. Please note that you will not be expected to work every weekend (far from it) but some commitment will be expected. Overtime rates will be paid for evenings and weekend working.
Very occasional working away staying overnight for a short period of time must be taken in to account also.
Hotel accommodation and expenses will be provided.
We would require the candidate to have an appropriate CSCS card but this can be applied for after the initial trial period.
