Summary
Establishment Manager - Lisburn - Full Time
To lead in the effective management and timely execution of all work relating to the delivery of the core services (Hard Services) element of the contract within the relevant primary and secondary sites. To act as the estate management single point of contact (SPOC) for Head of Establishment (HoE) and representatives. To act as the primary interface between Mitie, HoE and DIO for all relevant sites. You will work to Identify optimal solutions to customer requirements, acting as the single point of contact in reaching resolutions to any emerging issues. Understand the operation and priorities of the HoE in order to plan estate activities. Support end-users in the development of new work requirements including provision of formal Additional Services submission.
Effectively manage KPI measures, ensure timely delivery, proactively oversee works, maintain compliance with statutory regulations, conduct audits, and oversee low-value additional services for the site team.
For this role ideally we are looking for excellent leadership and management skills, significant experience in a management position within construction or facilities management environment. Someone who has the ability to delegate, prioritise and manage time effectively and working knowledge of CDM regulations.
