-Customer service, CCTV Operator and Call Handler - Days

Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!



Main Duties

-Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening in M&S Stores

-Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone

-Input of security and crime incident data into a central database

-Providing a high level of customer service to our client

-£28,637.85 per annum working 5 days out of 7 with an average of 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off

-Varied shifts of 8 and 9 hour shifts between the working hours of 8am and 8pm
