Contract type: Monday – Friday, Working alternate shifts, 0800 – 1600 and 0930 – 1730

At an exciting time of growth and development for Exemplar Health Care, we’re recruiting for an experienced Administrator to provide a vital role in supporting the Central Services team based at head office, Ferham House located in Rotherham, S61!

As this post will cover several departments, the ability to prioritise workload is essential.

In an ever changing, fast paced business environment, you’ll undertake a variety of tasks on a daily basis to keep yourself busy, motivated and challenged.

About the role

As an Administrator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner and assist with the administration needs of our teams to ensure the smooth running of the business.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



being responsible for working independently on projects
supporting the Executive Management Team PA’s in Central Services
coordinating office activities to ensure the team are compliant to policies and procedures
regular stock taking and ordering of office stationery
working with the receptionist to welcome staff and guests
managing company correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, letters and daily post
data entry, and ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.

About you

experience in office administration
excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
excellent communication skills
time management and self-motivation
competency using all Microsoft packages.
