Exploring Opportunities and employment Office Administrator

17 hours per week

Salary £10,147.97

Fixed term role until 30th September 2024



The role will include:



* Supporting the Exploring Opportunities and employment teams with all admin tasks
* Managing reception, meeting learners and partners at the door
* Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls
* Taking minutes and actions at meetings
* Managing IAG calendar
* Wider admin support to training manager and other projects linked the Exploring Opportunities







To be successful in this role you will:



* Have a flexible can-do attitude
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Willingness to learn
* Be a confident telephone user
* Have a good working understanding of Microsoft Office
