My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee their residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.Monitor project timelines and progress, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to meet deadlines.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates and address any issues.
Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes to project scope.


What you'll need to succeed


SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
